• New to the mobility industry?  Need help finding what you need?  Please take a moment to read through our easy five step process.

• Step One: Locate a Mobility Equipment Dealer.

• Done.  Welcome to Mobility Freedom, we are your first step.  We are here to help you evaluate your mobility needs and we will take them time to figure out what will work best for you today and tomorrow.  We can help you with each step of the process as well as continue to serve you after your purchase.

• Unlike a Automotive Dealer we as a Mobility Dealer will put emphasis on the mobility equipment, making sure that we match our customer with the right mobility solution.  For information on contacting one of our Mobility Specialist Click Here.

• Step Two: Consult a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist.

• In addition to your first stop with us, you may also want to consult a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. If you want to independently drive, you will need to seek an evaluation from one.  Our consultants will be happy with walk you through this process.
  After your evaluation we will receive a prescription for what equipment will be needed.

• Step Three: Make Your Final Selection and Purchase

• We hope that by this step we have offered you quality support and service and that you will decide to purchase your mobility vehicle or equipment from us.  We will work hard to locate the vehicle that you prefer and will customize it to meet any needs you may have.  Our certified service department will carefully install and inspect any addition equipment that is added.

• Step Four: Obtain Training on Your New Equipment

• Once your vehicle is ready we will spend the time with you to go over every feature to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable of all it's functions.  If there is driving equipment installed we will help you setup several training sessions with a certified driver training.

• Step Five: Obtain Any Applicable Mobility Reimbursements

• In some cases you may be eligible for a mobility rebate from the vehicle manufacturer.  If you are eligible we will give you the proper paperwork in order to get your refund.  Please ask your mobility consultant about the mobility rebate.
